Discover Unique Crafts at Silverlaw

My name is Nicola and I live in the countryside of the Scottish Borders. I have loved crafts and being out in nature all of my life.

One of my favourite pastimes is to venture out field walking or beachcombing. I find lots of interesting pottery sherds, beach glass, marbles, doll’s heads, old smoking pipes, buttons and sometimes even coins on the surface.

Silverlaw Treasured Creations evolved from my desire to bring these finds from muddy, discarded scraps to beautiful new objects to be loved again.

I went to a macrame workshop in 2024 and haven't stopped making pieces since. Plant hangers are my great love and my vision is to incorporate my finds with my macrame collection.
